Alejandra Jaramillo y Andrea Echeverri on FIX University Campus

Siempre resulta mejor escuchar conferencias cuando uno se ha acercado a la obra del autor. Por eso, la Biblioteca Luis Ángel Arango ha creado un lugar especial para hablar sobre los escritores que nos visitarán próximamente. La tertulia del próximo miércoles 15 de abril a las 6:00 p.m. se centrará en la obra de las jóvenes escritoras colombianas Alejandra Jaramillo y Andrea Echeverri, quienes están invitadas a celebrar el Día del Libro en la BLAA. Alejandra Jaramillo estudió Literatura y Filosofía en la Universidad de los Andes y terminó su doctorado en cine y literatura en Tulane University en Nueva Orleans. Trabajó como coordinadora de comunicaciones en Cultura Ciudadana para la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogota y actualmente se desempeña como profesora en el Departamento de Literatura y la Maestría de Escrituras Creativas de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Andrea Echeverri es comunicadora social de la Universidad Javeriana con estudios de maestría en cine en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y en la escuela de Terry Gilliam en Londres. Ha obtenido varios reconocimientos, entre los que se destacan Beca de creación literaria Colcultura (2002), Mención de Honor, Premio Nacional de Novela Ciudad de Bogotá por Umbrales (2004) y una beca de Creación del Ministerio de Cultura (2005) con la novela Cien amantes. Es profesora en las universidades Jorge Tadeo Lozano y Los Andes de Bogotá, en las áreas de cine y semiótica.

Instructor Led Classroom Training RecStay classes are more then just dynamic, engaging and incorporate practical examples demonstrating how the techniques the trainee is learning can be implemented into their work immediately.
