II seminario -Pensar el Bicentenario-

Este viernes 9 de octubre, continuando con la programación del Comité Regional del Bicentenario, se llevará a cabo en Cali el Segundo Seminario para Pensar el Bicentenario el cual es organizado por el Banco de la República bajo la coordinación académica del catedrática Gilberto Loaiza de la Universidad del Valle.
La actividad gratuita tendrá lugar a las 4:00 de la tarde en el Auditorio del Banco de la República. Su dinámica será la de un conversatorio bajo la coordinación de Esteban Morera Aparicio, el cual permitirá abordar tres temas.
El primero es Colombia y sus símbolos patrios, a cargo de Alfonso Rubio, Director del Departamento de Historia de la Universidad del Valle. El segundo, escribir la historia patria y curar la memoria, bajo la orientación de Amanda Carolina Pérez, profesora investigadora de la Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá.
El último tema, es la participación de los indios de la Nueva Granada en la Independencia, a cargo de Jairo Gutiérrez, profesor investigador de la Universidad Industrial de Santander.
