Vea Los Colores de la tierra


La Sala de Arte y Cultura invita a todos los caleños para asistan a la inauguración de la exposición de pinturas llamada Los Colores de la tierra, del artista
Winston Sánchez Córdoba, este jueves 4 de marzo a las 7:00 de la noche,
en el Centro Cultural de Cali.
La obra contiene todo lo indispensable para representar una cultura alegre, rica y variada, construida sin pausa, en la que se logra conjugar tantas emociones y sonidos en armonía elocuente, digna de un país como el nuestro que ofrece una gran diversidad.
“Esta exposición presenta obras en acuarela sobre tabla con imprimatura de gesso, adicionándole a la textura pictórica otra física al soporte, el cual me permite también crecer el formato logrando una mejor expresión y un mayor peso visual”, manifestó el artista Winston Sánchez Córdoba.
La obra más que cualquier otra cosa evoca recuerdos e impresiones vitales, recurriendo al medio acuoso y ligero liberándolo del aparente peso visual de su contexto. Retoma la vieja y tradicional acuarela, expresión que con el aporte de las texturas y la calidad del soporte le imprimen contemporaneidad y cierto riesgo, claro sin olvidar ‘Los colores de la tierra’.
Winston Sánchez Córdoba, es un artista que tiene más de 20 años de experiencia y ha presentado su trabajo en Galería como Pas-Pas , Museo de Antioquia en el VII Salón Nacional de La Acuarela, el Centro Cultural Colombo Americano De Cali en el Salón 95 de Pintores del Occidente Colombiano, Casa de la Cultura de Sevilla y en el exterior en 2008 en la Gal-Gallery de Barcelona – España y en la Oficina de turismo de Tossa de Mar en Girona - España.

Instructor Led Classroom Training RecStay classes are more then just dynamic, engaging and incorporate practical examples demonstrating how the techniques the trainee is learning can be implemented into their work immediately. Course material covers the range from beginner to advanced. Class length is 6-7 hours, depending on the subject and level. At the end of the day the trainee has been introduced to a good number of concepts and tools and has had the opportunity to practice them during the class.
